1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using DakExam ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DakExam provides digital exam preparation content for India Post departmental examinations including MTS, PA/SA, and Postman/Mail Guard LDCE. The Service includes question banks, mock tests, flashcards, performance analytics, and study reference materials.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

DakExam is an independent platform operated by a private individual. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to:

• India Post (Department of Posts)
• Ministry of Communications, Government of India
• Any postal circle or divisional office
• Any government body or public authority

All content on DakExam is created for educational purposes based on publicly available exam patterns and syllabi. Official exam notifications, schedules, and results must be verified at indiapost.gov.in.

4. Educational Content Disclaimer

Questions on DakExam are based on publicly available exam patterns, previous year papers, and official syllabi. They are provided for practice purposes only. DakExam does not guarantee that any specific question will appear in any examination. The Department of Posts holds all rights to official question papers.

5. Account Registration

• You must be 18 years or older and an India Post employee or candidate to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted

6. Subscription and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are processed via Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator in India
• Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Monthly subscriptions (₹99/month) auto-renew unless cancelled
• 3-Month Pack (₹249) is a one-time charge for 90 days of access

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who are unsatisfied with the Service, provided:

• The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase
• The refund is for the first subscription only (subsequent renewals are non-refundable)
• The account has not been used to download or export more than 50 questions

To request a refund, email support@dakexam.in with your registered email and payment ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute questions or content from DakExam
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Represent DakExam content as official India Post material
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent the free tier limits through technical means

9. Intellectual Property

The DakExam platform, including its design, code, and original content (explanations, study materials, app interface), is the property of DakExam. Questions sourced from public exam records are reproduced for educational use under the fair dealing provisions of the Copyright Act, 1957.

10. Limitation of Liability

DakExam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That exam results will improve through use of the Service
• The accuracy of all questions and answers (report errors to us)

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

13. Changes to Terms
