DakExam is an independent educational platform for India Post departmental exam preparation. We are not affiliated with India Post, the Department of Posts, or any government authority. Contact: support@dakexam.in
Your progress data is stored in two places: locally on your device (browser localStorage) and on our secure Google Sheets backend. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell your data to any third party.
We use Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. We only request your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@dakexam.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
DakExam is intended for India Post employees who are adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your progress and preferences locally. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
